Payment Options

Credit Card, Debit Card, ACH, and Other Electronic Payments:

We accept all forms of electronic payment, and they are processed through PayPal’s secure electronic payment system. You do not need to have a PayPal account to make payments using this service, and all transactions are fully encrypted and secured through PayPal.

We do not receive any of your payment account details from PayPal’s payment processing system.

Invoice Me Option:

When choosing this option, your order is received and appears as ‘Awaiting Processing’ on your order confirmation email.

A follow-up invoice will be sent via PayPal that gives you the option to pay 25% of your total invoice to begin processing your order. The remaining 75% is due before your order is shipped. We will send you an email with the invoice and remaining amount due.

You can also pay the full amount of the invoice if you wish to do so.

Once we receive your payment, your order will be set to ‘Processing’.

Note that all invoices are sent by PayPal. In the event that payment is not received within a couple of days of sending the invoice, we will send you an email from ordersthemrbs@gmail.com that includes a link to the invoice.

Order Processing & Fabrication Times

All orders are custom made for each individual order and fabrication times vary greatly depending on size and complexity of your order. Lead Times are listed on our website and updated regularly. It is your responsibility to check and understand these Lead Times based on our current order volume at the time of your purchase and also understand how it relates to our Cancellation Policy below.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

YOU MAY CANCEL YOUR ORDER WITHIN 48 HOURS OF PLACING IT OR ANY TIME SOONER, BY EMAILING US AT ordersthemrbs@gmail.com AND YOU WILL RECEIVE A FULL REFUND MINUS A 5% PAYMENT REFUND PROCESSING FEE OF YOUR PAYMENT AMOUNT.

CANCELLATIONS MADE AFTER 48 HOURS ARE SUBJECT TO AN ADDITIONAL 15% OF YOUR TOTAL ORDER AMOUNT FOR A TOTAL OF 20%.

Damaged Goods & Return Policy

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged package, please document the damage to the outside and contents within and notify FedEx and Benchwork Support immediately. We will work to resolve the problem and have replacement parts shipped to you at no extra cost. Damaged or broken parts do not require return.

ALL CLAIMS FOR DAMAGES OR REPLACEMENT PARTS MUST BE RECEIVED WITHIN 3 DAYS OF THE DELIVERY DATE, NO EXCEPTIONS.

Since our products are custom made, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is an error in your order. In this case, please notify Benchwork Support and we will work to resolve the problem as quickly as possible. We will pay for the cost of shipping the new product or portions thereof and we will also pay for the shipping, if required, for the return of the incorrect product or parts you received.
