   The entire experience gets full marks!
   Helpful (indispensable really) initial consultation
   Great advice and collaboration while we were configuring the order
   Questions throughout the process were always answered quickly
   The instructions (including the super clear markings on the parts) were exceptional
   The quality of the wood framing is excellent – and no damage during shipping (which is common with other vendors shipping wood products)
   When I had a shipping issue, James resolved it fully within a couple of days with replacement parts in time for my assembly schedule
   Lots of little touches (like anticipating the spacers that would be needed to help line up supports)
   Clearly this operation is run by craftsmen (very uncommon these days)
   The build time from order to delivery was about what I expected, and James ensured the delivery date was well before I was scheduled to be out of town.
   For me, I find the deliverables and service worth every penny.

   I was very happy with my purchase! Everything fit together perfectly and even when I had questions on the written instructions the markings on the board helped answer my questions.

   The only suggestion for improvement I’ve got is that if the legs could be designed so that you don’t see the inside of the legs, it would look nicer. A small point considering everything that goes into it!

4. Where are you shipping from? I see the prices include shipping but what about the import fees?

   1. Good evening, and thank you for your interest in our products.
      Just to clarify, shipping is only included in the price of our Helix Kits. All other products have additional shipping costs calculated during the check-out process prior to entering any credit card info.
      Currently, we only have shipping rates for the continental United States and Canada. Overseas shipping, if that applies to you, would likely be extremely high.
      For Canadian shipments, you will have to pay your applicable local and federal taxes, we do not calculate those. From my research, it appears they fall in the 10% range.
