Since our products are custom made, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is an error in your order on our part. In the unlikely event this occurs, please notify Benchwork Support and we will send the correct parts as quickly as possible. Model Railway Techniques will pay in full for the shipping of the new product or portions thereof.
If You Received a Damaged Package:
If you receive a damaged package, please document the damage to the outside and contents within and notify FedEx and Benchwork Support within 24 hours of Delivery Confirmation by FedEx. We will work to resolve the problem and have replacement parts shipped to you at no extra cost. Claims made after 24 hours of Delivery Confirmation will not be considered.
