In addition to using 3/4″ plywood on all of our side pieces, we hand select kiln dried lumber for all of the other parts, use high quality 1/4″ plywood tops, and use genuine Foamular polystyrene foam board on our Recessed Foam T-TRAK Modules. All of our kits come with pre-drilled pilot holes, all hardware and detailed illustrated instructions, and pre-installed all metal leg levelling inserts and bolts. Assembly takes approximately 15 minutes or less on the small to medium sized modules, and about 25 minutes on the Triple or Quad Modules, requiring only a power drill driver. We even supply you the correct size bit in every one of our T-TRAK Module Kits.
