We are The Model Railroad Benchwork Store / ModelRailwayTechniques.com (USA). We license qualified partners to manufacture and sell two product lines using our licensed plans and specifications:

Benchwork / baseboard kits (simpler, typically no legs)
Complete table kits (legs + bracing; higher value)

How Southeast Asia participation works

This program is issued country-by-country. Southeast Asia is a region, so your license must specify one country to start, such as:

Philippines, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia, etc.

You can expand into additional countries later with separate written addendums.
