This provides us the opportunity to email you a more accurate Invoice based on your order, our shipping rates, and combined shipping, if applicable. This option is available by selecting checkout method “Invoice Me”.

*You receive an instant order confirmation showing your order subtotal after discounts if applicable, sales tax if applicable, and estimated shipping costs.
*Gives us the ability to send you a new Invoice, via PayPal, within 24 hours of receiving your order and review pricing on shipping, especially when multiple items are chosen as we can combine packaging.
*You are only billed 25% of your total new Invoice amount to begin processing your order, balance is due before your order is shipped.
*You may cancel your order within 48 hours of receiving your Invoice from us, subject to our Cancellation Policy below.
TERMS OF SERVICE SPECIFIC TO YOUR 25% DOWN PAYMENT AGREEMENT:
By using checkout method “Invoice Me” at checkout, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions of your order, in addition to our General Terms and Conditions below.
The 25% Down Payment is provided as a courtesy to our customers to give Model Railway Techniques.com the opportunity to give our customers the best possible shipping rates for each individual order by using your order details to more accurately calculate actual shipping weights, size, and combined packaging and shipping costs if applicable. The new Invoice you will receive from us will include your order sub-total, confirmed at the check out process, sales tax if applicable, any discounts or promotions if applicable, and your final shipping charges, not to exceed the original estimated shipping costs on your order confirmation email.
The initial Down Payment of 25% of your total order amount will be billed to your credit card and is shown as the Minimum Amount Due on your Invoice from us, sent via PayPal and is subject to our Cancellation Policy below. We will begin processing your order once this payment is received, and you will be notified via email when your order is ready to ship. The remaining 75% balance of your order will be shown on a new Invoice from us, sent via PayPal, and is due before your order is released for shipping. All transactions are made using PayPal’s secure site.

Cancellation Policy
YOU MAY CANCEL YOUR ORDER WITHIN 48 HOURS OF RECEIVING YOUR NEW INVOICE FROM US, OR ANY TIME SOONER, BY EMAILING US AT ordersthemrbs@gmail.com AND YOU WILL RECEIVE A FULL REFUND MINUS A 5% PAYMENT REFUND PROCESSING FEE OF YOUR PAYMENT AMOUNT.
CANCELLATIONS MADE AFTER 48 HOURS MAY BE SUBJECT TO AN ADDITIONAL 15% RE-STOCKING FEE, CALCULATED ON YOUR TOTAL INVOICE AMOUNT. ENFORCEMENT OF THIS WILL BE DETERMINED ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND IS DETERMINED BY THE ACTUAL LENGTH OF TIME THAT HAS PASSED BEYOND THE 48 HOUR CANCELLATION PERIOD. MODEL RAILWAY TECHNIQUES.COM RESERVES THE RIGHT TO WAIVE OR MAKE ADJUSTMENTS TO THE DEPOSIT REFUND AMOUNT OR RE-STOCKING FEE BASED ON THE ABOVE-MENTIONED TIME ELAPSED.
Order Processing and Shipping Times
All orders are custom fabricated and are generally ready to ship within 5-7 business days once the 48 hour cancellation period has passed, and may vary depending on the size and complexity of your individual order. Please check our Current Lead Times page also.
You will receive your confirmation email and new Invoice from ordersthemrbs@gmail.com with an estimated shipping date based on your order.
Orders are packaged on Saturdays and Sundays and will be shipped via Fed-Ex on Mondays and Tuesdays only, excluding holidays, to avoid peak fees. Delivery times vary from 2-7 days within the continental United States, and up to 10-12 days to Alaska, Hawaii, and parts of Canada. You will receive a Fed-Ex shipping notice and tracking number for your order via email from Fed-Ex and ordersthemrbs@gmail.com once your order has been dropped off at the shipper.
